Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be accepted.

All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Note: If the item shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery, it will not be eligible for return. All returns are subject to inspection and quality checks before approval.
When Can I Exchange an Item?
Exchanges are accepted if:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item is not altered, washed, worn, or damaged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative option or process your request accordingly.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
