Warranty & Restoration Policy

At Martin Germont, we take immense pride in our premium materials and precision manufacturing. Every pair of our footwear undergoes rigorous quality control before it reaches your doorstep.
To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty strictly covers definitive *manufacturing and workmanship defects.

What Is Covered

Our warranty is designed to protect you against structural flaws that occur during the manufacturing process. This includes:
Delamination: Unnatural separation of the TPR sole from the upper (provided it has not been exposed to extreme heat or water damage).
Stitching Failures: Unraveling of structural seams under normal wear conditions.
Hardware Defects: Failure of factory-installed components (such as tassels snapping off without external force).

What Is STRICTLY NOT Covered (Exclusions)

Footwear naturally ages and degrades with use. To maintain fairness and keep our quality standards high, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from standard use, improper care, or accidents.
The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:
Normal Wear & Tear: Expected breakdown of materials over time, including the natural wearing down of the sole, heel drag, or interior lining wear.
Natural Creasing: Leather and suede naturally crease and conform to your foot as you walk. This is a characteristic of genuine leather, not a defect.
Surface Damage: Scuffs, scratches, cuts, or abrasions to the suede or leather upper sustained while walking or driving.
Water & Moisture Damage: Suede is highly sensitive to liquids. Damage, staining, or sole separation caused by wearing the shoes in heavy rain, stepping in puddles, or improper drying is not covered.
Improper Care: Damage caused by harsh chemical cleaners, throwing the shoes in a washing machine, or storing them in extreme temperatures.
Color Fading: Natural fading or color transfer of suede/leather due to UV sunlight exposure or regular wear.
Third-Party Alterations: Any repairs, resoling, or modifications made by an outside cobbler will immediately void this warranty.
Fit & Comfort Issues: Blisters, sizing issues, or discomfort after the shoes have been worn outdoors. (Please ensure your fit is correct indoors within our 7-day exchange window before wearing them out).
