Q: Do you offer half sizes?

Currently, we craft our collections in full UK sizes only. If you typically wear a half size, we recommend sizing up to the next full size for the most comfortable, relaxed fit.

Q: What if I order the wrong size?

We want your fit to be flawless. We offer a seamless size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the footwear is completely unworn and returned in its original, pristine packaging.

Q: What are your dispatch and delivery timelines?

Every pair undergoes a strict quality check before leaving our facility within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days for major metropolitan areas, and 5–7 business days for the rest of India.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?

No. As part of the Martin Germont experience, we are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across India

Q: How will I know when my order is arriving?

The moment your order is dispatched, our system will automatically send you a secure tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

Returns & Refunds


Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange privilege. If the aesthetic or fit isn't exactly what you wanted, you can return the completely unused shoes in their original presentation box.

Q: Do I need to ship the shoes back myself?

Not at all. Once your return or exchange request is approved through our portal, our logistics team will arrange a complimentary pickup directly from your address.

Q: How quickly are refunds processed?

We respect your time. Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection, approved refunds are swiftly processed back to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.

Q: What materials are used to make your Shoes?

We meticulously craft our footwear using ultra-soft premium suede leather and highest quality Grade-A genuine leather. The foundation is built on a highly durable TPR sole, utilizing precise 16-32 grade construction to ensure exceptional flexibility, resilience, and all-day comfort.

Q: How should I care for my suede footwear?

Suede thrives when kept dry. We advise against wearing them in the rain. To maintain the rich, brushed texture, gently sweep the surface with a soft suede brush after wearing, and always store them in your provided Martin Germont dust bags away from direct sunlight.


Payments & Order Management


Q: What are your accepted payment methods?

We provide a fully secure, encrypted checkout. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, digital wallets, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available across most pin codes.

Q: Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

We process orders swiftly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change a size or update an address, please contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partners, modifications cannot be made.
